How we calculated this
We apply assumed average commission rates to the online amounts you told us: 2.5% on everyday store spend, 5% on kids and family clothing, 3% on an average $1,500 trip, and a one-time bonus per phone line you switch. Your family gets 70% of that commission; we keep 30%. Only online orders placed on a store's website count; in-store, phone and store-app orders don't earn cash back. These are planning assumptions, not rates we have confirmed with every store yet.
