1The free account
Creating and using a family account is free. We never ask for a card for it and never charge it. Cash back your family has earned and the store has confirmed is yours to withdraw from $10, whether or not you ever subscribe to Plus.
2How to cancel Plus
- Sign in at the sign-in page and open Settings in the app.
- Choose Cancel Plus, then confirm. You see the date Plus ends on screen, and we email you a confirmation.
Only the account owner can cancel. If you can't sign in, email support@example.com from the email on your account and we will cancel for you. Changed your mind? You can turn renewal back on from Settings until Plus ends.
3What happens after you cancel
Canceling stops all future renewals. Plus stays active until the end of the month or year you paid for, then ends, and you are not charged again. After that, members-only offers are locked again. Your free account, your family balance, pending cash back and payouts stay exactly as they are.
If a renewal payment has failed and you cancel, Plus ends right away and you are not charged again.
Yearly plans: we email you 15 to 45 days before each renewal, with the amount, the date and a link to cancel, so you can cancel before you are charged.
4Refund policy for Plus
- Forgot to cancel a yearly plan. If you are charged for a yearly renewal and contact us within 14 days of that charge, and you have not opened a members-only offer since the charge, we refund that renewal in full and end Plus.
- Billing mistakes. If we charged you in error, for example twice, we refund the extra charge in full.
- Partial periods. Otherwise, we do not refund the unused part of a month or year that has started, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
- Your rights. This does not limit any refund rights you have under the law.
5How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. A Plus refund never touches your family's cash back balance.
