Stores pay us a referral commission when your family buys online through our links. You get 70% of what the store pays us. We keep 30% to run Kindred. The share can differ for some stores or offers, and every offer shows your number before you shop. We also earn from Kindred Plus subscriptions and a small spread on gift card payouts.

Yes. Creating an account, inviting your family, earning cash back and cashing out cost nothing, and we never ask for a card to join. Cash back your family earns is yours to withdraw from $10, whether or not you ever join Plus.

It costs $4.99 a month or $29 a year, renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel online any time. It is the number your family gets: 15% of the order total goes to your balance once the store confirms it. We always show your share, never the full commission the store pays us.

Open the store from the Deals tab right before you buy, and finish the order in the same browser visit. Online orders on the store's website only; in-store and store-app orders don't earn. Stores confirm an order only after their return window closes, usually 30 to 45 days, and longer for some stores, such as travel, which confirms after the trip. Until then the cash back is pending. Once confirmed, it moves to available and can be withdrawn.

The store reverses its commission, so we remove the matching cash back. If it was already paid out, your available balance can go below zero; future cash back covers it, and payouts pause until the balance is positive again.

Send a missing cash back claim within 60 days of the purchase with the store, date and order number. We will raise it with the store or network. The store makes the final decision on whether it pays.

Up to 5 people including you: a partner, teens, grandparents or anyone in your household. Each person gets an email invite and joins once they accept it, then has their own sign-in. Extra seats are free.

Teens aged 13 to 17 can join when a parent invites them. They earn into the family balance but can't cash out or change settings. Children under 13 can't have an account.

Owners and parents can invite and remove members, set the family goal and request payouts. Only the owner manages a Plus subscription.

From $10 available, an owner or parent withdraws to PayPal at full value, or chooses a gift card worth 5% more for Amazon, Target, Walmart, DoorDash, Starbucks or The Home Depot.

We process payout requests within 5 business days.

Sign in, open Settings and choose Cancel Plus, then confirm. No phone call or chat. Your free account and your balance stay. Refunds and cancellation.

Nothing. Cash back your family earned, including from members-only offers, stays yours and can be withdrawn from $10 once the store confirms it.
