Cookie window

If someone clicks your link and joins within 30 days on the same browser, the family is credited to you. If a family clicked more than one partner link, the first one gets credit.

Honest promotion only

Families trust you. These rules protect them, and they protect your commission.

  • Disclose that you earn a commission, clearly and up front, as the FTC requires.
  • Put the disclosure in the post or video itself, such as #ad or "paid partner", not only in a bio or link list.
  • Describe the offer accurately: the account is free; Kindred Plus is optional at $4.99 a month or $29 a year, renews automatically until canceled, cancel online any time.
  • No income or cash back promises to your audience, and no made-up results.
  • No bidding on our brand name in search ads, no spam, no misleading coupon claims.
  • No self-referrals. Families you sign up yourself do not earn commission.
  • We review partner content. Breaking these rules ends the partnership and voids unpaid commission.
  • Payouts are monthly once you reach $50 owed, by PayPal. US partners provide a W-9 before the first payout.

Partner questions

What do I earn commission on?
15% of every Kindred Plus payment made by a family you referred: the first payment and every renewal while they stay on Plus. A free sign-up alone earns nothing. Each commission is held 45 days to cover refunds. Your dashboard shows every commission as it is earned.
How long does the cookie last?
30 days from the click on your link, on the same browser. If they come back and join within that window, the family is yours. If a family clicked more than one partner link, the first one gets credit.
When and how am I paid?
Commission is approved after a 45-day hold that covers refunds, then paid in the next monthly payout. Payouts go by PayPal to the payout email on your account, once you reach $50 owed. US partners provide a W-9 before the first payout. Your dashboard shows what is owed and what has been paid.
What happens with refunds?
If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on that payment is voided.
Can I share a coupon or discount?
Please don't advertise a discount that doesn't exist. Share the real offer: a free family account, with optional Plus at $4.99 a month or $29 a year that renews until canceled.
