The short version
- We aim for our website and member app to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
- We design and test for keyboard and screen reader use, and we respect your motion settings.
- If something gets in your way, email support@example.com and we will help you directly.
1Our commitment
Families come in every shape. Grandparents, teens and parents with a disability should all be able to join, earn and cash out without help from someone else. We design and test our pages against WCAG 2.2 level AA, and we treat accessibility problems as bugs to fix, not as nice-to-haves.
2What we do
- Keyboard access: every link, button, form and menu can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- Labels and structure: every form field has a visible label, errors are announced to screen readers and shown in words next to the field, and pages use logical headings and landmarks.
- Contrast: text and controls are designed to meet AA contrast ratios against their background.
- Reduced motion: if your device is set to reduce motion, we turn off animations and smooth scrolling.
- Touch targets: buttons and links you tap are at least 44 by 44 pixels, so they are easy to hit on a phone.
- Zoom and reflow: pages work at 200% zoom and on narrow screens without sideways scrolling.
- Images: meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
3Known limitations
Some parts of the experience are run by other companies, and we can't fully control how accessible they are:
- Stripe checkout: Plus card payments and the billing portal are hosted by Stripe. Stripe publishes its own accessibility commitments, and we report any problems we find to them.
- Store websites: when you open a store from our app, you shop on that store's own site. Its accessibility is up to the store.
- Browser extension: the activation card on store sites is keyboard accessible, but it sits on top of a page we don't control, so screen reader behavior can vary by store.
If one of these blocks you from doing something with your account, contact us and we will do it with you or for you, for example by email.
